For months, I blamed my hormones.
I figured I just had to ride it out—wait for things to “balance” again.
I wasn’t ready for extreme measures.
But here’s what I learned:
If you’ve been feeling foggy, anxious, emotionally flat, or just completely unmotivated—
it’s not because you’re broken.
And it isn´t just hormonal.
Years of high stress, emotional load, poor sleep, blood sugar crashes, and nonstop demands had left your body stuck in survival mode.
Most of us are operating in a constant state of nervous system dysregulation—
spending our days bouncing between overdrive (anxiety, racing thoughts, restlessness)
and shutdown (fatigue, brain fog, apathy).
My cortisol was either too high (hello anxiety and insomnia)…
Or so low I couldn’t get off the couch.
No wonder I couldn’t think straight.
No wonder I didn’t feel like myself.
And the worst part?
I started to believe this was just… my new normal.
